Petzl Rocpec SDS Hand Drill (handle)

Made by Petzl, this is the most superior handheld rock drill yet made.  It is designed to hold SDS (slotted drive shaft) drill bits.  Changing bits is very easy by simply pulling up on the chuck and removing the bit. No tools are neccessary.  It allows the user to drill holes of different depths to place a variety of different anchors.  It comes with a choker style leash and has a small hole in the hammer guard allowing one to put the bit in this hole during transport, thus greatly reducing the profile of the drill in your pack.
